Action Towing

These guys were great! I broke down at the side of I-80 on my way from Oregon to Michigan and tried and tried to get AAA on the phone and nobody seemed able to help me. I managed to limp the car along the shoulder until I got to the Love’s station in Davenport. I finally found the number of a couple tow truck companies and the one that answered quickly was Action Auto Repair and Towing. The tow truck driver was a nice guy and offered me free towing if I let them repair the car, too, instead of towing it to the nearest Toyota dealer (although in the end, they didn’t take the towing charge off the bill, but oh well). I decided to let them do it and I am glad that I did. Not only did Brandon (the tow truck guy) drop me off at a hotel just down the road from their shop, but they fixed the car quickly. Brandon was honestly a really thoughtful person. Asked me if I needed sport car ramps which I did and went and got them without hesitation. Treaded my car like it was his. I actually left my car with keys in it on I80 and he took it to a repair shop and provided pictures and dropped my keys in a envelope at 11pm. Thanks again Action/ Brandon. Will 100% use again.

I was going through an extremely rough time and it's no coincidence these gentlemen were the ones to cross my path and have a major part in turning sadness to gladness by helping me with my truck. They've most certainly earned my business.
